As a viable cost saving option to hiring a General Contractor, GreenQuest Builders can help clients save time and money by acting in the capacity as a project manager.  GreenQuest Builders plan, direct, coordinate, and budget a wide variety of construction projects, including the building of all types of residential and commercial structures.  GreenQuest Builders will schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors, such as foundation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and paving.

Our project managers coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets completed on time and within budget. GreenQuest Builders work with owners, engineers, architects, and others who are involved in the construction process to ensure the proper implementation of the design team.
Our project managers are responsible for the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific phases of the project. GreenQuest Builders determine the labor requirements of the project and, in most cases, supervise or monitor the hiring and dismissal of workers. GreenQuest Builders oversees the performance of all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed properly and on schedule.

In a typical General Contractor-Owner relationship, the contractor adds 15% on all sub-contractor’s work and 20% on all material. These fees are in addition to a General Contractor’s cost plus 20% mark-up.  By hiring GreenQuest Builders to manage your project, we can help you save up to 15% on the total project.
